Registration Policy

Although you may join our classes at any time, early enrolment is encouraged as class sizes are limited. Enrolling at least 2 weeks before the term begins ensures that your Home Materials will be available at the first class. If you enrol after the first class, tuition can be pro-rated accordingly.

Your completed enrolment form with your deposit reserves your place in a particular class. You will receive confirmation of enrolment by email. If, in the event the class you have chosen is not available, we will call you to discuss other options.

The remaining tuition fee is due at the beginning of the term in the first class.
Preferred payment is by direct deposit. Paypal, cash or cheque are also accepted.

Twin, Triplet and Second Child Discounts

Kindermusik by Beth offers discounts for twins, triplets and children from the same family in the SAME class. A discount of 50% off tuition is currently offered.

Tuition refunds or credits towards future classes may be given if there are extenuating circumstances requiring withdrawal from class. All refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Home Materials are not able to be refunded once received.

Missed Classes

Classes will be made up in the event of teacher illness. You will be notified of cancellation and the scheduled make-up date. We do not refund classes missed by the student. Instead, you are welcome to attend a make-up class at a different time (refer to the timetable).

Choosing a Program

The age recommendation for the Kindermusik programs has been carefully selected to best group children in an age and developmentally appropriate way. Therefore, it is important that your child be at least the minimum age by the start of the program in which you are enrolling. Please note that these ages are guidelines only. Each child is assessed individually to determine where they would best be placed.

Making the most of Kindermusik Classes

  • Plan to arrive 5-10 minutes early for class. It helps to settle your child.
  • Please keep toys, drinks and dummies out of sight during the class, as they can be distracting. There is no food allowed in the studio.
  • The most important thing you can do for your child during the class is be an active and patient role model. They will feed off your energy!
  • Use your Home Materials! You are your child’s best teacher. Frequent reinforcement at home during the week makes all the difference to a child’s learning, and their comfort and participation in class.
